bluetooth audio transmitter NG

You can buy readymade bluetooth audio transmitters, where you can send any audio signal into a little dongle/adapter which has it's own battery and last for hours and you can connect anything like headsets, bluetooth speaker, tv - but you can't select the device directly, you have to search every time you want to connect the devices. Some bluetooth transmitters have some nice features like built-in EQ presets and store up to 10 devices. Those devices have a uart to communicate and that's how this BK3266 will communicate with the ESP32.
